We certainly are not a food blog. However, I could not resist sharing this recipe I just came up with that I call Oreo dip. It is a dip to serve with Oreos!
What is in Oreo dip? A bunch of sugar. What else? Peanut butter.
Without further ado, let’s get to the recipe…
Oreo Dip Recipe
- Peanut butter
- 1 8oz. package of (standard size) cream cheese
- 1 8oz package (standard size) Cool whip
- 1 c. Powdered sugar
Soften the cream cheese to make it more pliable. We use low fat cream cheese or Neufchâtel.
The first step is to mix the peanut butter and cream cheese together using a mixer.
Second, add the powder then the cool whip on top of it. This prevents clouds of powdered sugar. Mix that together.
Refrigerate if you are not immediately eating the dip.
Serve with Oreos.
Want to make it extra? Add a hot fudge swirl.
